Born in Almeada, CA and raised in Rapid City, SD by his Japanese dad, and blonde Southern California mom, Kyle was drawn to Sunny CA after college. It was in CA the comment, “you’re kinda a funny guy” took him from his sister’s couch to comedy stages of LA. In the years to follow Kyle stepped away from comedy, pursued God and then Holly, his beautiful wife. They married in 2005 and the following year moved back to SD to raise a family close to grandparents. Both Kyle and Holly were teachers and then principals in SD. In 2016 God called Kyle back to comedic writing, and the stage – using his gift of entertainment. In 2019 Kyle relocated his family to Minneapolis, MN where he performs at private venues, comedy clubs, churches, co-hosts fundraising events and corporate client appreciation events and enjoys volunteering with Feed My Starving Children where he’s also on the Speaker’s Bureau.
